I didn't want to forget these things...
Samantha and I went to dinner with my 91 year old Grandfather. I've told her a couple times that she has to be careful and not jump all over him since he's older. As we were leaving the restraunt this was our conversation:
Sammi - "Mommy, I'm going to be REALLY careful with Granddad."
Me- "Great."
Sammi - (in a very motherly voice) "Granddad, are you doing okay?"
Granddad- "Yes. Are you doing okay?"
Sammi - (while laughing) "Yes, but I'm not OLD!"
The next conversation was on the phone with me while she was in California visiting Adam's grandparents.
S- "Mommy, are you taking care of Paul."
Me - "Of course."
S- "Are you taking care of Lauren and Caity too?"
Me - "Yup I'm taking care of everyone."
S-"You sure you're taking care of Paul? And you are taking care of Stacy too. Grammie is doing just fine but she is old. We had to take her to her doctors impointment."
Nice.

Florida!
I am finally getting around to blogging about Flordia. We had a FANTASTIC time. It was a little chilly, but luckily the pool was heated and we went in almost every day. The kids were better than I would have anticipated and had a lot of fun. Samantha LOVED the kiddie coaster and we went on that ride more than anything else. Paul really liked most of the rides and did surprisingly well in lines. It didn't hurt that we hardly had to wait for anything so most of our time was spent on rides rather than in line. We liked Magic Kingdom the best and spent two (almost) full days there. It was nice that on those two days we had the best weather. Epcot was a lot of fun for the adults although the little guys got a little bored and were sick of being in the stroller by the end.
Another great thing was our hotel. I was surprised that we were able to get such a nice place for a really great rate. We had two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a wahser dryer, and a HUGE tub. It is amazing how much better having a nice hotel can make the vacation. It was wonderful having our own space to get a few minutes alone at the end of some long days.
We had so much fun that we've already started talking about how we'd like to go again in a couple years when Paul will be able to remember something. Anyway...I realize there are a lot of pictures. I have given up scrapbooking and have figured out how to print my blog each year into a nice hard cover book. Since you can't print out slideshows I'm just putting all the pictures on here.
