Paul LOVES the tub. Unfortunately by the time I got the camera he wasn't quite as giggly (is that even a word?) I sent Sammi for it so I wouldn't have to leave Paul alone and instead of going upstairs to ask Adam, she yelled at him from the bottom of the stairs. Since he couldn't understand her he just yelled "good job"...so I missed his hysterical laughing, but he's still pretty darn cute.

ABC's And Dancing
Here's Sammi singing her ABC's...almost falling off the toilet while she was dancing made her a little distracted and stopped her from finishing, but you get the idea.

Hawaii
We had such a great time in Hawaii. Thank you again to our parents for watching the kids and giving us a chance to relax. I am so proud of Adam for graduating...especially because that's the reason we got this trip. "Hoo-rah for Adam, hoo-rah for Adam, someone in the crowd yells hoo-rah for Adam" (yes there is a story behind that, but it's too long to write). Our big adventure was that shortly after we flew into Honolulu the electricity went out on the whole island because of a big storm they were having. We were on our way driving up to Laie because we were staying at my cousins apartment. We had no idea where we were going. Laie is small, but with there being NO lights (there were clouds so there wasn't even any moonlight) it was still difficult to find. we found the complex okay, but since there are a bunch of buildings we couldn't find the apartment or the parking space. Plus, their mailbox (where they put the key) isn't the easiest to get into. We were using our cell phones as flightlights, and needless to say that wasn't very effective. We finally got into the apartment but there wasn't a lot to do with no electricity so we just went to bed. Then next morning the electricity was still out, but we were lucky enough to still be able to go to the temple. They have generators that run some essentail lights. It was a really neat expereince. At about 1:00, with no lights and nothing to do, we headed to Pearl City to go shopping and get some food. We decided while we were down that way to just get a hotel and stay in the Waikiki area. The rest of the trip was the much less exciting with a lot of hanging out. We went to the beach a few times, went on a snorkeling/whale watching trip, went out to dinners and actually got to talk, went shopping, went to a couple movies and basically did whatever we wanted. It was so nice not being overly scheduled, and having a lot of time where we weren't really doing anything. Anyway here are a couple of the pictures from the trip:
Adam at Ko Olina before we went swimming
Also at Ko Olina
On our boat trip, this is before Adam started getting seasick
The whale. It's not a great picture and was much cooler in person. We saw him closer up, but I wasn't a good enough photographer to actually get a picture.
Lightning McQueen
My nephew Grant is obsessed with Lightning McQueen and I know he'll be excited to know that Paul has Lightning pj's. Sammi is also excited about thim and will come up to Paul saying, "hey McQueen Paul, hey Mr. McQueen Paul" (you have to picture this 3 octaves higher than she usually speaks). So, here you go Grant.
